If a reserved candidate scores well in neet can he get an open MBBS seat through general quota or he will occupy the reserved seat?

No, recently Supreme court has given order that if candidate fill his form Reserved Category then he/she never claim seat from General candidate, because at the time of filling the form he or she are filling the form as reserved category because he or she wants the admission in secured status therefore, he or she will be follow the decision of supreme court of India order.

Yes he can get both in open as well as reserved...Den he has choice 2 opt out a better college,he sees dat if he gets a best one either through reserved quota or open...If he ZZ getting in da same(in rare cases,for top 300) through both dha quotas den he will be given a seat in open itself..
