If a student get only 45%in pcm group and belongs to general category and scored well in cet does he get admission in engineering colleges?

There may be a chance of rejecting or accepting application .

Since eligibility criteria is not full filled properly. if you are interested to join in engineering then you have to go for private Colleges management seats is only possible way.
