IF any neet aspirant choose nit rourkela integrated msc life science branch then that should be good decision or not.... because max student who prepared for neet those are weak in math.... So this branch is only focus lifescience[biology] or mathematics,, and is this branch like normal msc in bio ??

Choosing the Integrated M.Sc. Life Science at NIT Rourkela can be a good decision only if your interest is genuinely in biology/research, not as a backup for NEET , because this is a 5-year research-orientated science programme, not a medical pathway; importantly, it is not just biology, as the curriculum includes Mathematics, Physics, basic engineering, and programming in the initial semesters, so students weak in maths may find the first year challenging.
