If by chance we fail in Board results but get high marks in neet then shall we be allowed to get seat in mbbs?

No, you would not be able to take admission in the medical university even you clear neet with flying colours. As the eligibility criteria is candidate should have passed the 12th standard with minimum 50% marks with PCB as compulsary subjects. You need to fulfill the criteria to be eligible for taking admission.

, if you fail in your 12th then your candidature gets cancelled as you failed to fulfil its eligibility criteria that is to have a score of atleast 50 percent marks in class 12th board exam.
Thus , you will not get a seat in any medical colleges
