if i applied for all india second round councilling.may i able to apply state councilling.will it affect that.

Yeah you can apply in both AIQ second round and state quota counseling but be careful in attending two counselling at the same time. Counselling date may get clashed. Also AIQ second round counseling have no free exit. If you get allotted a college than you will have to take admission or to exit with forfeiture fees ( if you don't report and take admission you will have to lose security deposit). Also different states counseling have different rules/scheme for counseling so read carefully and then participate in two counselling at same time.
