Yeah why not. You can apply in state counselling. As you belong to so and  so state, state always give it's first priority to its citizens. You can apply in state quota as well as in all India quota with no hesitation. Before applying do check with the College status about cut-offs so that you can apply for the Colleges in which you will get a seat.
