If I don't appear for counselling- Round 1,can I appear for counselling-Round 2?

Hey Alok !
If you are talking about the West Bengal 85% State Quota Counselling, then No, you must register yourself during the precounselling procedure which would continue for all the Rounds of the Counselling. There won't be any separate Registration for Round 2. Thus signifying that if one misses out on registering himself for Round 1, he can't put himself in through Round 2 and he is already out of the process.

Dear sir, Actually I wanted to know that wheather I participate in precounselling but don't appear for round 1 counselling and only appear for round 2.
