if I get 240/300 in jee mains..then can I get cs in nit Warangal???

yes,if your capable of scoring really good marks in mains than your focus should be on JEE advance where getting good rank may let you a more better option for you.
but yes for your question if you are getting 240 marks than you will have chance that you may get cse from nit warangal.
