Actually it's difficult to predict your rank with marks as it keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But as per previous year trends with 540 marks your rank will be around 30k.
For example,
In Neet 2019 , 540-531 marks corresponded to 27994-32317.
