if i have applied in round 1 for all India quote after submitting refundable tution dee of 25000 and i get a seat so if i don't go to that college then my fee will be refunded or not??

MCC has released a flow chart at its official website for the All India Counselling process details. You can check that here: https://mcc.nic.in/PGCounselling/Documents/FAQ_09042018.pdf . If you are allotted a seat in Round 1, there are 2 options to it. Either you join the allotted college or  you do not. If you do not, you can participate in Round 2 or quit. If you participate in Round 2, if you are allotted a college or you do not. Lets say after Round 1, you do not join the college and you quit the counselling process. Your refundable amount will be refunded after all the rounds of counselling have been over. The amount will be refunded to the same account the amount was paid from.
