If I not registered for tsicet 2021 first phase counselling, am I eligible to for 2nd phase counselling by doing fresh registration

Suppose I had already registered for WBJEE first round of counselling. Then for the 2nd round do i need to register again ? Do i need a fresh registration or will my previous registration be considered ?

Hello,

It's not possible for neet counselling. As second round and third round counsellings are only for those candidates who have either selected the option to upgrade their alloted seat or if they did not get any college alloted. No fresh registration is entertained for second round.
