If I choose to do bs ms dual degree at iiser but after its completion if I decide not to do PhD or pg what else can I do then?what will I be doing further,like what kind of job if not PhD or pg?What could be the salary if I am not doing PhD or pg and salary if I am doing the courses?

Hey,

Yes, you can do pg in B.tech that is M.Tech after B.E since their is only a minor difference in the courses of BE and B.tech. If you are really interested in practical research work and in depth and want to take it further as a profession and job you can certainly do M.tech after BE.
