If I wear a black jeans and a half T-Shirt , Then the WBJEE Board allow me to get in exem?

You can wear whatever you want to as there is no dress code for WBJEE examination.You dont need to worry about the dress code.
You can wear formal as well as informal dress of any colour and size.But half t-shirt is more advisable.
Carry all your required documents and make sure to avoid things like
Wrist Watches
Caps
Goggles
Jewellery Of Any Kind of hand or neck
Scarfs/Stoles
