I think you are made some mistake on the mark.That is gate score is actually on 100.Then how you could get 485 marks out of 100.please provide valid details so that I can help you.
Actually a rank below 1000 is required to get a seat at IITs.

I will get 48.33 in mechanical engineering. Can i get admission in iit or nit?

You have no chances with good NITs & IITs and chance may be there with lower ranked NITs.
