the CLAT Office, vacancy if any, in any NLU will be filled by the
respective NLUs at their own level from the CLAT list in the order of
merit as per the Rules and Regulations of the participating
Universities. Here you need to focus on term

You have chances of getting a seat in better NLU but no one can gurantee you that and What if there is no vacant seat in any NLU, in this case you will not get admission in any NLU. I hope it helps.
