Greetings. Hope you're doing well. I'm assuming that you wish to ask if your name appears in another du cut off, you can get your refund and migration certificate back or not. Yes, you can. If you've already registered in some college and got admission, you'll to visit the college and get your cancellation. The refund comes back on DU portal once your admission would be cancelled, you can withdraw documents then and there and apply somewhere else.
