Sorry to say but your question seems a bit unorganized to me pr there might be some points missing in it for me to answer accordingly.
But as far as I Understand from the question you have asked, Yes is you have scored well in the written test and your interview has also gone good. You might surely be allotted the seat of your choice.
There is some weightage of marks given to both written test as well as interview and if your cumulative score meets the cut off a specific course you have applied for, you will surely be allotted a seat in that specific college.
