if we coudnt rank more atleast can we get addmissons for bsc agriculture on having ST quota paying certain fees

Dear Lavanya,
SC quota candidates have reservations in admission seats and are entitled to certain benefits. Now even if you are a SC candidate you have to score some rank that is required to obtain for a SC candidate to get admission in a college. If you fail then some private institutions (not government institutions) have a management quota where you have to pay a certain amount of money to get admission. Hope this helps.
