I'm a Maharashtra board student. If I give my improvement exam in July 2019 , am I eligible for admission to NIT or IIT in 2019 ?

I am sorry to inform you that you won't be eligible for admission to NIT or IIT in 2019. But don't lose hope. You can still go for other good colleges that don't have any such condition. You can even try next year.
