I'm currently in class 12th science and I want to become a psychiatrist in the future. can you pls tell me how long does it take to become a psychiatrist in India and is it any different from other countries like the US?

If you want to be a Psychiatrist then you need to do MBBS and after MBBS you will have to study Psychiatric Medicine in order to be a Psychiatrist. For US the progression is the same but there curriculum can be a bit different as they usually have.
