Tamil Nadu is one of the states with highest cutoffs in NEET. Generally the cutoff ranges around 580 for BDS and over 600 for MBBS. As you are expecting 165 marks, you won't be able to get a seat in any of the government colleges in Tamil Nadu under the state quota.
You can better go for private colleges.
