I'm expecting to score around 119 in Clat 2019. Can I get nlu jodhpur or gnlu by any chance?

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 170-880. If you fall in general category then you have chances of getting GNLU if your rank is below 300 but if it's more than that it may be a little difficult but you can get Jodhpur. But if you belong to reserved category then you can get any NLUs you want.
