Your question is not quite clear though as far as I can understand is that you are asking bout any special entry basis in iit guwahati for students from assam so i would like to tell you that there in no special reservation in iit guwahati for students belonging to assam on basis of their state all other reservation enjoyed on basis of class and all remain entact.

You haven't mentioned whether you want to get admission into B.Tech or M.Tech programme. And the admission process for both the degree programmes will be different.
For aAdmission to:
B.Tech - You will need to qualify JEE Advanced
