I'm getting 479 Mark's in neet 103846rank can I get a semi government or private seat karnataka domicile 3B category Inc ? what will be course fees and additional fees including books per annum

Congratulations on performing well in NEET examination as you scored 479 marks in neet which is very good score to get admission in Government but because of high Cut-off marks of colleges and compitition your chances are low to get admission in government but don't lose hope you have very good chance to get admission in anu semi-government or private to get a seat in any course.
