In Ap eamcet 3 Rd counseling I didn't get better seat and 2 nd counseling seat is better than 3rd counseling then my second counseling seat

Congratulations for getting a seat.
I you did not float the secound counselling seat, then you may take admission into that college. But if you have floatted the college then you cannot get that seat as it has been rejected by you. If not then you can apply for further rounds, if you think you can get a seat.
