in delhi aiims medical college there is an separate hostel rooms for telugu students?

Mohan, there are no rooms based on the area you come from or the language you speak. AIIMS will allott you double sharing room in the First year and will move you to a single sharing room the 2nd year. There is a concept of mutual change of rooms that is allowed just once in a tenure. May be you can use that option.
