Your percentile is good. As per previous years cutoffs you have a very good chance of getting admission to NIT Warangal and you belong from SC category also so you have the advantage.You can also try for JEE MAINS phase 2 for improvement in percentile as best of two is considered.

There will be tuition fee waiver means you do not have to pay the tuition fee but you have to pay other fees which may around 5-6k per semester.
