In the section for 12th Academic Details in the NEET application form, you will be required to first select your School Board and then enter the name of your school, address of the school, select place of study and choose state and district where your school is located.

Now in the next field, you will have to choose your qualifying exam code. As per the CBSE NEET eligibility rules, “candidate who is appearing in the 12th Standard in 2018 but whose result is awaited’ should select Code 1 in the list. As soon as you do this, your year of passing will automatically be locked as 2018 in the next field. Also, you will no longer be required to enter any marks in the subsequent fields. The fields asking for your marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology will disappear automatically.

So select Code 1 in the Qualifying Examination Code field, leave the % of marks obtained in Class 12 as blank, and proceed with filling the rest of the form.
