The placement rate in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Engineering is pretty average. The percentage rate in RGIPT is 40% with the average package of 6-8 LPA and the maximum package of 17 LPA. The major companies which visit the campus are S hell India Ltd, Wipro Ltd, Haldia Petrochemicals, etc.
