In which counseling should I participate to get admission under kashmiri migrants quota? What are the criteria? Please reply

Kashmiri Migrants can reserve seats in different professional courses (engineering, medical, etc.) under the Kashmiri Migrant Quota under the guidelines & provisions published by Government of India/Government.
Counselling to be carried out:
You will have to register for the state-level or national-level counselling at the institute/university where you seek admission:
- Counselling for JEE Main/JoSAA/CSAB, for admission to NITs, IIITs and other centrally funded institutions.
- Counselling for state level engineering/medical admission for state universities/colleges.
- Counselling for enrolment to private universities, when applying to private institutes offering the quota.
Eligibility Criteria:
- You must be a Kashmiri Pandit or a member of a Hindu family who was displaced from Kashmir after 1990, or a registered Kashmiri Muslims migrant, and registered with a Relief Commissioner.
- You must have the Kashmiri Migrant Certificate from a competent authority.
- You must have satisfied the basic academic eligibility (i.e., qualifying exam scores) as per the respective course.
