Minimum 75% aggregate in class12th is must for NIT Hamirpur.
Ranks within 10000 have good chances under Jee Main for B. Arch courses.

But if I get 250 /390 means rank under 8000 with 71% in boards, then can I go in NIT Hamirpur M from ShimlaOn NIT site ,its written that 75% at least in boards for PCM courses and 50 % at least in boards for architecture So for architecture, if I got around 240 and under 8000 rank in jee main paper 2, then being a HP student , can I get admission in B.Arch NIT Hamirpur (on basis of 50% boards eligibility)?

Since for Architecture only 50% in boards required you are definitely eligible.
However if your ranknis under 8000 only then you can make it to NIT Hamirpur under jee Main paper2.
