Hello Aspirant,
Yes it is. Amity is provides quite good programme for BSc students. Also tha lab and other field facilities are also good
Placements : Placements have been decent in this course and the students who have opted for placements have got placed in their last semester. Packages have been ranging from 3 Lacs to 4 Lacs per year for good students and 7-8 agricultural companies visit the college. Also students can go for internship from the college and it is expanding it's network recently.
Infrastructure : Infrastructure of this college is one of the best in the whole country and it also takes pride in it. All the blocks have been magnificently and there's a canteen in the basement of most of the blocks. Also it has it's separate clinic and playing campus.
Faculty : Faculty of this university is the best thing present here. In every course u would find several highly qualified faculty members and most of them have obtained there educating from renowned institute of our country. U can also find faculty members from IIT in B.Tech department and also many other highly illustrious personalities. But a very few of them teach with heart and that's majorly Because of constraints applied on them due to rules and regulations of the University.
Other : This is a university which is known for it's glamorous life and if one has to rank on that basis then it would top all the colleges in our country. U would find the most of the crowd to be highly fashionable and girls over here can give a run to the money to even bollywood celebs and I ain't kidding on this one. But about 80% of the students just come to enjoy excluding the courses of B.Tech, agriculture and biotechnology so u would have to stay away from them. There is also scope for extracurricular activities and in fact college focuses more on these than education. There are plenty of them and can't be mentioned here.
