B.Pharma is Bachelor of Pharmacy which is a 3 yaer bachelor's academic degree in the field of pharmacy. B.Pharma involves the study of drug safety, discovery, medical chemistry, industrial pharmacy, and several other subjects.

Whereas, MBBS is Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery which is 5.5 year professional degree and is the first step for the one who wants to be a doctor. This course gives a deep knowledge about Pre-Clinical, Para-Clinical and Clinical subjects.

So, they both are very different fields.

No they are both different, of course a person gets Dr.  added to his/her name  after completing both these degrees, but  they both are different degrees.
