The placements are exemplary. I’m a pass-out myself and I’m placed in a decent company, while some of my friends are placed abroad, too. Industrial exposure is offered through in-house training programs. The university organizes many external workshops for us. The package provided by on-campus jobs is also satisfactory. University’s environment is pretty decent with high-tech security. They also organize regular interactive one-on-one sessions with experts where we can discuss our views and share our doubts and problems.

MBA students are getting placed at an average package of >4–6 LPA in more than 100 companies. More than 150+ companies have already visited 2019–2020 MBA batch of MBA and nearly all of them are already placed and many of them already on OJT(on the job training).

The package really depends on what he can show to the recruiters that, how much he is worth or deserved. There were some students who cracked the placement and got offered 21 LPA, while many failed to do so.

Choice of MBA b-school should be as per your need and aptitude. Since you're thinking about an MBA from Chandigarh University. Here is the list of things that I can sum up for you. Chandigarh University, Gharuan is a good option for studying MBA. Masters of Business Administration (MBA), MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management, MBA in Agri-Business MBA- Business Analytics in Association with IBM, MBA- Banking & Financial Engineering .

All these are pretty good MBA programs offered by Chandigarh University, Gharuan. Industry collaborated MBA programs will make you industry ready after completing your studies.  According to me, CU is the preferred destiny for every student in terms of education, fee, campus views, educational programs, infrastructure and placements in Chandigarh. However, don't expect much high salary, which one ideally get in top business school you can get somewhere around 4-6 CTC if you perform exceptionally best at the college and remain top percentile.

Overall, if you ask me personally then I don't recommend an MBA from CU because of obvious reasons but, it's your call. If you're planning to do MBA then try to get a decent score in any of the management exams and get into top-50 business school.
