Is it a better option to take aerospaceengineering through top AMECET collegesupproved by govt of India as many are saying in 4 year internships are accepted by organisation only if u have blood relationship but not through merit and academic. What is your view about this if I take through AME COLLEG
Hello Raghava
The intake of airlines has drastically decreased this year due to the corona virus crisis. You should go through the career section of an airline's website to check the minimum experience needed for hiring is 3–5 years for an entry level position. You need to clear 3 exams conducted by the DGCA(Directorate General of Civil Aviation) after which you will get a BAMEC(Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's Certificate). After that will come job training with any airline or any Maintenance Repair and Overhaul facility.
Also, like in any sector in India there are benefits if you have some relation or connection to people in power. Dont let these things discourage you. If you have the interest and zeal in the subject persue it regardless of how hard it will be cause the fruit will be worth the efforts.
