Is it okay to not give counselling details for VIT as I feel I should wait for other entrance results to come.

It is very thoughtful of you to think that you should wait for the results of other entrance exams too. But it would be better that you wait for other entrance exam results only if you are very confident that you will get much better ranks in those when compared to your VIT rank. Although, if your VIT rank is below 10000, it would be better to apply for counseling. At the end of the day, the decision lies in your hands.

Thank u Ma'am i have secured a rank of 5841 and yes I would like to go for counselling but they won't give me the counselling admit card until I enter 'DD Details' which I have no clue as to what it is and what payment it is asking for.So it would be of great help if you could tell me about this 'DD Details'
