Is it possible if a student get BDS in first state round for NEET registration, can apply for upgrade in MBBS for second round?

I would like you to know that after taking any seat from the first counselling, you are always eligible to get promoted to another college if you want it to. In your case, if the seats will be available for MBBS, you may get upgraded.
