No DU does not require JEE Main qualification, DU arranges its own entrance examination, go to its official website, look at the criteria and if you are eligible then fill up the form.
Last Date: 4th week of June 2019 (Merit-Based) and 4th week of May 2019 (Entrance-Based)
Exam Date: 3rd week of June 2019

Yes jee main is required for getting btech into delhi university. Even jee main is required if you want to get btech in any of the colleges around the country. Ifnyou pass the cutoff score of that particular university you can easily get seat into college of your choice. If you missed your jee this year you can start preparing for it and fill in the form available next time.
