No maths is not at all compulsory for B. Com in Delhi University. As the eligibility criteria says :
The candidates who have qualified 10+2 (12th examination) or equivalent examination from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% of marks are eligible to apply.
There is no minimum age bar for admission to the undergraduate courses in Delhi University (DU) and its colleges.
