Mop-up round counselings are online.
Not only in India,Each State conducting Mop-up round conducts counseling online.
.
Fill up the online form on the official website of MCC to register yourself and fill up your choice within the time.
.
Hope you know the date.If not let me help you.16th to 18th August are the dates for online registration amd choice filling.
20th August are the results.

i have clearly mentioned NEET STATE MOPOP ROUND you have said that Mop-up round counselings are online.but in karnataka it is offline can you check here https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/dme/assets/Documents/schedule%20mop%20up%20round%202019.pdfso my humble request ..... please answer carefully
