MCI has issued a notification to all Private/Medical Institutions asking them to apply for additional seats for their respective Colleges. You can check that at: https://mciindia.org/CMS/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Public-Notice-PG-21.02.2019-1.pdf . We still do not know how many colleges have applied because increase in seat intake means need to have the required infrastructure, faculty and other facilities. Only when MCI releases the NEET PG schedule for the seats will we know about the status of the new seats.
