is there any chance to get a govt mbbs college i up under sc category with rank 135000

As per your question, honestly as per your low rank in NEET your chances to get any government colleges for MBBS is low. But don't worry you can get in to private colleges at this rank but you have to pay higher fees in private colleges. As per MBBS in UP you may get a college at this rank which is

*Santosh Medical College And Hospital, Santosh University

And if you want to go outside of UP then you may get colleges like:-

1) BLDE University

2) Sri Siddhartha Medical College - Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education

3) Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research

4) BVMC - Bharati Vidyapeeth University Medical College, Pune
