If you are already a merit student your rank will be below 10,000. The full fee reimbursement is provided only to the top 10,000 rankers. Atleast to get 35,000 fee reimbursement your father income must b below 1,00,000 on income certificate. As the income certificate you mentioned above is 2 lakhs you don’t even have chances to get 35,000/- fee reimbursement. You can try other government scholarships if you Are a merti student
