Is there any eligibility criteria of 60% aggregate in Btech is necessary for M tech entrance?

Every entrance exam has different eligibility criteria like- Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) doesn't have any minimum pass percentage in the qualifying degree while applying for GATE for getting admission to M.E./M.Tech and Ph.D. programmes at IITs, IISc, NITs, GFTIs.

Yeah inorder to do your higher degree i.e M.Tech you need to score atleast of 60% in your B.TECH degree and eventhough you should maintain atleast of 60% throughout during your academics such that you can't have to face any type of difficulties during the cuttoff scenario.

Yes, the minimum percentage you should get in your graduation should be 60% for M.Tech at Vellore Institute of Technology.
