No you dont need to write any separate exam to join DU. You will be admitted on the basis of your entrance+board marks.
However, with the CRL rank you have, i feel it is difficult to get into DU. Since it is one of the top universities of rhe country, so it has high cutoff most of the times. Still I would appreciate if you try for the admission.
