Is there any scholarships for ipu students for refund fee if anybody have rashan card but not income certificate?

No one cant get scholarship on the basis of ration card and all you need is income certificate and that too should be not more than 3 years old as after 3 years it needs a renewal and thus make sure that you have one while applying for it. RAtion card is not the proof of your income so keep it aside of the scholarship form.
