Greetings, aspirant!
St. Stephen's College, Delhi which falls under DU has a 50% reservation for Christians. The remaining seats are further subdivided into various categories for SC, ST and general etc. There's a total of 3 supernumerary seats reserved for candidates that are the children of martyred defence personnels. These 3 seats are spread across all disciplines.
As for Khalsa College, the primary reservations are for the Sikh Community. 50% seats are reserved for Sikhs in all disciplines. There's provisions for ECA and sports quota. The admission to SC/ST and other categories is done as per the placement of Delhi University. The official website of the college does not specify reservations concerning defence personnel.
Both of these colleges have a minority status and such, are not obligated to follow the policy of reservation as laid down by the Delhi University.
Hope this information helps
Best of luck
Hey Aadi
St. Stephens and SGTB Khalsa College give more priority to minorities, that is Christians and Sikh respectively. They are top rated college in North Campus Delhi University with great records and strong alumni base. The reservation for Defense Quota:
- St. Stephens gives only 3-5 seats reserved for Wards of Defense personnel who have lost their lives in the line of duty
- SGTB Khalsa also reserves 2-3% seats for Wards of Armed Forces Personnel/ Para-military Personnel
