For admission to UG Engineering programmes at NSIT, there entry route is only JEE Main. So, you have to appear in JEE Main 2018. However, NSIT does not participate in JoSAA counselling (which is the common counselling/admission process for admission to IIT through JEE Advanced and NITs/IIITs/CFTIs through JEE Main).

Admission to engineering programmes at NSIT takes place through JAC Delhi, which conduts counselling/admission process for NSIT/DTU/IGDTUW/IIIT-Delhi. On the basis of your scores in JEE Main 2018, you have to separately apply for admission at NSIT by filling JAC Delhi 2018 application form. The application form of JAC Delhi 2018 will tentatively be available from the second week of Jnue 2018.

In order to take admission in NSIT you have to appear for JEE Main exam only.

Counselling will be held through JAC Delhi.
