Is there is placement guarantee in ipu?

Firstly, no college will gurantee you 100 percent placements. All depends on your performance during your tenure in that college. If you are able perform well during those college years then you can say that you have good chances of getting placed. So, I would suggest to score good marks and get involved in extra curricular activities during your college life then you can gurantee yourself of getting placed. IPU has good placements records but that is for students working hard to earn that. So, put your hard work and you will see the results.
