Hello Archit,
I would like to tell you that COEP doesn't provide a B-Tech degree in Mechatronics but there is an M-Tech degree for Mechatronics available at COEP.

I would like to tell you that almost all the colleges accept students for M.Tech on the basis of GATE.
Some colleges have their own exams.
If you want to pursue M.Tech I would suggest you to start preparing for GATE.
